The focus of the session will be on how movement, breath, and sensory regulation can influence anxiety levels, allowing you to interrupt anxious thought patterns and guide your body into a calmer state. You’ll also gain an introduction to the nervous system’s role in anxiety, how hyperventilation impacts the body, and how to build a personal toolkit of techniques to help you combat unwanted anxiety.

Cold water exposure & breathwork with adam bray

Introduction to cold water exposure is perfect for those new to cold water, wanting to dip their toe into the cold for the first time, and also experienced dippers wanting to further their practice.

This session blends ancient tradition with modern science, exploring how the eye-mind connection influences focus, restlessness, and nervous system regulation. Through guided practice, you’ll experience what it means to be truly still—not through force, but through ease.
